We had an amazing time celebrating my sonโs 10th birthday at Mad Splatter. The experience was unique, the staff was fantastic, and the memories and pictures are priceless. I couldnโt think of a better way to mark those special occasions that you want to remember forever.
We had a great time at Mad Splatter in one of the paint rooms. Our daughter especially enjoyed shooting us with the paint guns! What a fun family activity! Thanks to Mad Splatter and Aimee for helping us get the most out of the experience!
We had such a great time here! The experience was pure fun from start to finish, and getting to choose our own music made it even better. Just a heads-up the add-ons can make the price creep up quickly, so keep that in mind when planning your visit. Other than that, it was totally worth it, and weโd definitely do it again!
We recently celebrated my childโs birthday at Mad Splatter, and it was an incredible experience! Maddy, Nadia, and Sophia went above and beyond to make the day special. They were friendly, organized, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The kids had a blast, and the creative activities were a hit with everyone. I highly recommend Mad Splatter for any event โ their team truly makes it memorable!
We have visited this Apex Mad Splatter facility to attend a tween's birthday celebration. The ceramics are finished; you just need to add color. There are canvases and paint. On sometimes, it's a fascinating and enjoyable activity. It's beginner-friendly and the staff is pleasant. Additionally, you can utilize it anyway you see fit and in whatever creative way you like. It's incredibly easy to create something lovely, and everything comes with directions. It isn't cheap, but it's also not overly costly.

XL Sports has been home for my family since I was a kid and its one of those places in Apex that I'm thankful is still open and offering things for kids to do. Currently I have a 4.5 and 2.5 year old and both have been doing the Mini Sports Academy program since 18 months old! We've done a lot of soccer, but also tried Basketball and Baseball with my oldest daughter. In the 3 years we have been part of the program we have not had a coach we haven't liked. Coach Hilary, Coach Cole (My daughter gets the BIGGEST smile on her face when talking about him), Coach Tia and Coach Callie are some of our favs since we've had the pleasure of having them multiple times. Lastly, Coach Robin is always around every day we've had a class and there to help answer questions or step in with a shy or nervous kid. I don't know how she does it, but she seems to remember all of the kids names! We are so thankful for a program like this and enjoy signing up most seasons!
My son has had an AWESOME experience with the NFL flag football league! He loves going to practice and games and finds the environment fun, challenging, exciting and looks forward to each season. Weโve played over seven seasons - he has especially appreciated the leadership of the coaches Carter & Jawaan. They are supportive, encouraging, uplifting, fair, and theyโve built confidence, teamwork and promote good sportsmanship. Weโve recommended this league to a variety of friends and will continue to participate each season!!!
Kevin, Caleb, Maddox, Weston, and Ashton are absolutely incredible with the kids learning to skate. They are so encouraging, enthusiastic and truly invested in helping the kids. They make skating lessons fun for our daughter and we have just signed up for our 3rd set of lessons with them. My younger daughter absolutely loved Coach Julia during her mini sports pro classes, Julia has the patience of a saint and is hilarious with the kids (and adults). I could not recommend XL Sports enough for any kid at any age!
The coaches are patient, energetic, and great at keeping the kids engaged while teaching fundamental soccer skills in a fun and supportive environment. The drills are age-appropriate, helping with coordination, teamwork, and basic ball control. The facility is well-maintained, and the sessions are well-structured, balancing skill-building with play. My son looks forward to every class, and itโs been wonderful watching his confidence grow on the field. Highly recommend for young beginners!
My son has been playing a variety of sports at XL Sports Apex for probably over 3 years now. Heโs done mini sluggers, basketball, soccer and skating. Heโs enjoyed them all, but loves learning from Coach Cole, Coach Lauren, and Coach Ashton the most. We love that the sessions arenโt too long so he can move back and forth between sports. We also love that Robin, the Mini Sports Academy Director, is always super friendly and greets my kids by name with a smile. Sheโs also fast to respond to emails and easy to worth with for make up classes.

Look no further! Great school, loving teachers (Ms. Erica and Ms. Yen) and great administrative staff, shoutout Ms. Lisa. I was skeptical at first of the smaller outside area compared to some other schools we toured but now, I only have wonderful things to say. The team is very communicative and we've had such a pleasant experience here. There's plenty of space and enrichment and I know my son is well taken care of. We've been to three different schools thus far and this is by far our favorite and most personable.
Our daughter attended Ivybrook for two years. We had an incredible experience and are so thankful for the wonderful teachers and leadership there. It was our first exposure to childcare/pre-school and it really set the bar high. Our daughter learned tons, was challenged, she felt safe and they encouraged her to be her unique and fun self. Itโs very inclusive and we always felt so welcome. Shout out to Ms. P and Ms. Katie who are amazing teachers that my daughter adores & Ms Lisa and Ms. Tiffany who have built a great culture and are gems! We are forever grateful!
As a teacher and parent I can truly say the admin and teachers really care for the students. My daughter has been attending Ivybrook Academy since summer 2023 and we love it. I have seen so much growth in her since she started attending Ivybrook. She is always excited to come to school to learn and play. The admin team works hard to ensure all of the students are well taken care of and parents are always aware of what is happening with their little ones. Not only does the admin care for the students they also really care for all staff members which is really nice.
Choosing Ivybrook Academy for our children was a heartfelt decision, drawn by its unique educational blend and focus on individualized learning. The half-day program perfectly matches our family values, blending quality education with family time. Our defining moment was witnessing our children's confident and engaged learning, reflecting Ivybrook's nurturing environment. Truly, a standout choice for families in Holly Springs.
My child has been attending Ivybrook Academy in Apex for almost one year, we love it here! I cannot say enough positive things about the teachers and directors, they really care! We see their care translated into my childโs growth, heโs has met and exceeded academic milestones for his age and also blossomed socially. We really love it here :)
